1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer, once the item is returned to us.

2. Incorrect Items:
If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send you the correct item once the incorrect items are sent back to us.

3. Returns for Other Reasons:

If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect shipment, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 7 business days.

5. How to Initiate a Return

6. Exclusions

Certain items, such as personalized products, and gift cards, are non-returnable.
